How To Overcome The exit of White Smoke in Motor 4 No
The exit of white smoke from exhaust on the 4 stroke motor oil indicates a leak into the combustion chamber. This can be caused by a cylinder or cylinder head.
1. If the cylinder liner scratched, do oversized and replace the piston and piston rings.
2. If the piston and piston ring wear, but good cylinder (not scratched), do the normal cylinder clearance measurements between 0.03 to 0.05.
3. If the leaky valve seals (seal is usually hard), replace with new seal of the original (original).
4. If the valves are bent or loose valve boss, replace with new components.
5. If packing cracked cylinder head so that the oil into the combustion chamber through the lubrication channel, replace the packing with a new cylinder head.
Do oversized when scratched or defective cylinder, and replace the pistons and rings with a larger diameter. Seal valve must always be changed if the demolition component of the cylinder head.
Cylinder head must be checked, for example on the compression check valve leakage by pouring gasoline into the dome. Piston ring installation must be done by following the installation of piston ring angle. Alternatively, the installation of the first ring end and a second ring should be the opposite (see the scheme display mounting piston rings).
However, you should be aware that the discharge of white smoke can also be caused by the surface of the engine oil is too high or the dose volume exceeds the engine oil.
